Today, I would like to talk to you about the excess of sugar on the human body and consequently our long-term health.
Balancing sugars is crucial for human health, as the body was not designed to consume and process large amounts of sugar. Sugar cannot stay in the bloodstream – it has to be transported inside the cells or else it causes damage to the bloodstream.
Glucose is used in a process called aerobic respiration to make ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) which is the « energy exchange currency » in the body.
It is the refined oil made from crude oil (our food) that we need to power the body’s vital functions. (The brain uses 1/3 of all the glucose in the body).
CONSEQUENCES OVER-CONSUMPTION OF SUGAR
- Insulin resistance
- Obesity
- A.G.E = product of Advanced Glycation
- « caramelisation » of proteins
- hardening of the affected tissues, which lose their natural elasticity and regenerative capacity
- Inflammation
- Proliferation of microbes and infections (they feed on them)
- Immunosuppression
The amount of fat increases as a result of excessive sugar consumption, much more than when one simply consumes excess fat (insulin-related effects).
In curotherapy, addictions such as sugar are all registered in the causal body as programmes (reflexes) linked to a shock or accident. Each shock generates a reflex programme which is registered in the causal body. (need for sugar = sweetness when a painful event occurs).
Advices:
- Avoid fruit juices and carrot juice
- Avoid or limit caffeine
- Balanced diet=vegetables, quality meat and fats
